After offering a quote, we provide a detailed breakdown of the key deadlines by which we promise to deliver each stage of the project. In the case we fail to deliver the work in time, we will pay penalty fees, which will also be agreed and written on the contract.

We only use construction materials and equipment from suppliers we have worked with for over 10 years, we are able to buy materials directly from the suppliers, passing on the savings to the client.
