This is our one of the latest ongoing project in South-End on Sea.  When Borz Constrction took this project on board, we have been faced with many challenges such as integration of steel work all over the house, adding extra space, electrical rewiring of all house, new modern gas place and 3 zoned underfloor heating on raised wood floors, new landing and staircase etc. The idea was to turn 4 bedroom and 2 bathroom house into 6 bedroom (1 ensuite), 3 bathroom house with new extension and utility room. The most difficult part was creating large open plan ground floor by merging kitchen, dinning and living area by demolishing some of the walls. We provided client with custom made elements, such as walnut doors, walnut staircase, new windows and bifold doors leading to garden, 80 spotlights, 20 center lights, and 1.8 large chandelier on hallway. Also, we installed new modern switches in some places with double and triple control, sockets with USB in total 60 units. New floors, new super large floor tiles on ground floor and new carpets on the first floor. New 3 modern bathrooms with all necessary elements. The projects is still in progress.
